Do you charge for advice?
No. We do not charge a broker fee for mortgage or insurance advice. Lenders and providers pay us a commission when your case completes, and we confirm the amount in writing beforehand.
Do I have to take everything through you?
No. Plenty of clients take the mortgage and arrange cover elsewhere, or the other way round. The advice is the same either way.
Where do you work?
We advise across the whole of the UK by phone and video, and clients are welcome at our Bristol and Gloucester offices.
